It is a lovely entrance - apart from the pleasing shape deco buildings have you seem to quite often get little sculptural decoration like the plaque you saw above the door. No information on the net? It happens sometimes but not often. You were probably in the right place to find out when you took the second picture.
Inside is nice though I'm not so keen on the entrance
